My name is Matt With. I am a devoted husband and father, and I bring that same level of care and commitment to every commercial inspection I perform. As a certified commercial inspector, my dedication to my clients is unwavering — I inspect properties with thorough detail to ensure your investment is protected.

I was previously certified and worked as an HVAC specialist, giving me deep insight into the mechanical systems that keep commercial buildings running. With an extensive history in building maintenance, I know firsthand that some things can get overlooked in everyday life. That is exactly why I founded Razor Sharp Commercial Inspections.

I am also drone certified through InterNACHI, providing aerial inspection capabilities for roofs and hard-to-reach areas of commercial properties. My FAA certification is currently in progress, further expanding the services I can offer to my clients.
